Customs, Taxes, and Duties

We cover all duties and taxes for customers in the UK, EU, and North America.
However, in rare cases, local authorities may still apply additional customs charges. Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees or taxes, no refund will be issued.
